The approved project converts up to a maximum of 32,325 square feet (SF) of first-floor gross floor area (GFA) and up to 71,597 SF of cellar space to non-office use. These uses may include retail, eating establishments, fast food restaurants, quick service food stores, personal service establishments, financial institutions and health clubs. The uses will complement the existing office and residential uses at Skyline making it more mixed-use center. Site modifications to accommodate these new ground-floor uses such as restaurants may include outdoor seating, pavers, landscaped planters, and benches.
